Every day, there are churches that are constantly saving money to benefit the church, or to support local organizations. When thinking of various ways to help contribute to a church, Christian couples can play an important role if they aid in the fundraising efforts of the church. There are plenty of ideas that can be used for raising money thru fundraising for a church.

Christian couples can often make a date by volunteering their time to the church.  Almost every church has some form of fundraising event to help raise money. Most often, there are raffle tickets that are sold for a churches fundraising event.  Many Christian couples will either spend their money to buy raffle prizes or they will create something that they are skilled in (such as a quilt or ornate woodwork) to the church.  The church will, in turn, offer the items as prizes for the raffle. Christian couples can also help raise money for the church by assisting with selling the raffle tickets. They can take the tickets to work, or sell them to friends and family members that they know would want to win prizes, and donate the money to a good cause. 

Many churches will also hold carnivals in an attempt to raise money for their church or a church sponsored trip.  Many Christian couples will make a day out of volunteering with the carnival, be it selling the tickets, or distributing popcorn. With a carnival, there is a lot of money to be made, and many church volunteers that are needed. Christian couples can also be good stewards of the church at this time, by assisting with handing out tracts, or religious literature, to the patrons that attend the carnival.  In the long run, the Christian couples that are helping with the carnival will also be reaping the rewards from their time spent with the carnival.

In some occasions, the fundraising efforts that are brought about to the church are made possible solely from the church members. Christian couples can assist by taking a night out and go to local restaurants or stores and help sell items for he fundraising cause.  Many Christians see this as a time to spread the gospel, be representatives of the church, as well as spending quality time with one another.  Fundraising events are surely not short changed with Christian couples spending their time to help raise money.

Taking the time out to assist with the fundraising efforts of a church is indeed a great way for Christian couples to spend a date night out.  By helping the church that they are parishioners of, they are taking a stance not only for their church, but for the Christian faith in general. By showing the support that they have for their own faith and church, many Christians that are dating are setting prime examples of what the Christian religion believes to be good stewards.  There is no better way to spend a quality date with a fellow Christian than to give back to the church.
